❌ No Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered. All sales are final.

🔄 Exchange Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer exchange if the product you receive is damaged during delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish.
  • The video must show the sealed package before opening and the damage clearly.
  • You must email the video within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests without a proper unboxing video or sent after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange Process

If your request is approved:

  • Our team will verify the video proof.
  • A replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days (subject to stock availability).
  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be applicable if:

  • Request is made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Product is used or damaged after delivery
  • Packaging is missing
  • No unboxing video proof is provided
